You are Holding a Lot Together, and It’s Wearing You Down

Families are running on chronic stress — parenting burnout, a marriage where you feel unseen, and the pull of a thousand directions between work and home. Students carry academic and social anxiety, anger, withdrawal, and hopelessness through the hardestyears of growing up.

Do any of these sound familiar?

• You feel alone, even in a room full of people.

• You’re exhausted by a thousand parenting decisions a day.

• You don’t recognize who you’ve become.

• You wonder whether you’re enough.

• You feel anxious, heavy, or stuck most days.

• You’re under constant pressure to perform and compete.

• You’re carrying a loss that still feels heavy.

• Something from your past still feels present.

It is exhausting and lonely to carry all of that while trying to hold your life together.

You are not alone.

Hi — I am a counselor with Simplify Life in Norcross. For over 19 years I’ve worked alongside parents, children, adults, and teens — including plenty of teenagers who didn’t want to even be there at first — helping them build the skills and confidence to move out of the fog and into growth and connection. I bring that same steady, client-centered care to spouses who feel unseen in their marriage, to families navigating school anxiety, and to business and ministry leaders trying to find real work-life balance. Everyone deserves a guide who has been in the trenches and knows the way out.

My Story:

1. Schedule an introductory session. Talk through what you’re facing. No pressure, no commitment.

2. Get a clear framework. Learn practical, evidence-based tools that restore communication and lower everyday anxiety and stress.

3. Move forward with confidence. Navigate your relationships, family, and school life with a supportive roadmap.

How I Work:

• Conflicts that have gone unresolved for years finally get resolved.

• You experience real intimacy with your spouse again.

• You rebuild your connection with your teen.

• You watch your teen feel confident, connected, and like themselves again.

• You regain control instead of just pushing through.

• You step back into your life grounded, capable, and ready to thrive.

Call (678) 355-8208 to schedule your first session.
